wir laden Euch herzlich ein zu unserer Veranstaltung: “Vielfalt muss gelernt sein! Konferenz zum europäischen Austausch von Diversitäts-Praktiken bei Partizipation von Migrant*innen”. Sie können sich auf einen spannenden Austausch mit internationalen Kolleg*innen aus sechs Ländern freuen, die ihre Arbeit zur Verbesserung der Inklusivität von sozialen Organisationen diskutieren.

Teilnehmende werden die Möglichkeit haben sich zu ihren Erfahrungen bei der Arbeit mit diversen vulnerablen Gruppen bei Projekten zur Partizipation von Migrant*innen auszutauschen. Sie erhalten außerdem einen Einblick in die Methodik zur Förderung von Inklusivität bei der Arbeit zum Thema Partizipation. Es wird Vorträge, Workshops und Vernetzungs-Formate geben. Weitere Informationen können Sie unserem vorläufigen Programm entnehmen.
Wir freuen uns, im Rahmen der Veranstaltung die Ergebnisse des von Erasmus+ geförderten Projektes INCLUDATE vorstellen zu dürfen. Die Veranstaltung findet in Zusammenarbeit mit den am Projekt teilnehmenden Organisationen und Der Paritätische statt.

We are happyto invite you to our conference Diversity must be learnt! Conference on the European exchange of diversity practices in the participation of migrants. You can look forward to an exciting exchange with international colleagues from six countries who will discuss their work to improve the inclusivity of social organisations.

Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences of working with various vulnerable groups in migrant participation projects. They will also gain an insight into the methodology for promoting inclusivity in participation work. This will take place through lectures, workshops and networking formats. We are pleased to present the results of the Erasmus+ funded project INCLUDATE at the event. The event will take place in cooperation with the organisations participating in the project and Der Paritätische.
